Order Cancellation and Refund:
Once the order is in the process of creation or has been shipped, we will not provide a refund. However, if you promptly contact us after placing an order, we can cancel it and issue a refund! Please note the specified time window.
Return Policy:

Size Exchange:
We support customers in exchanging items within one week of receiving the product, without affecting resale. As we operate with international shipping, exchanges involve shipping and customs fees. If the return is due to consumer reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer, and the specific amount depends on the chosen courier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost.
